Are tests one-time or recurring charges?
Pay As You Go tests are one-time purchases. The Author Pro plan is a monthly subscription with 5 tests included each month. Unused tests do not roll over.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What counts as one test?
One test = one set of options sent to readers. A standard test goes to 50 readers. You can test covers, titles, blurbs, or any combination in a single test.
